In March 2001, the Eden Project, a massive environmental centre in a giant crater
in Cornwall, England, opened to the general public. The finished structure is an
unprecedented accomplishment -- giant, multi-domed greenhouses called Biomes, containing
plants from around the globe. The site has already become a popular tourist destination,
attracting thousands of visitors who visit the majestic rainforests, the Mediterranean,
South Africa and California contained within the Biomes.
Lady Stella Creations has produced a series of t-shirts using ecologically sound
materials and techniques that compliment the aims and goals of the Eden Project.
These are available at the centre and incorporate quotes from Shakespeare plays with
images of the plants used by Shakespeare that can also be found within the Biomes.
